Workshop & Strategy

In initial workshops we gather insight and research into your industry and company — and look at ways to make the most of the behaviours of your customers.

The ‘Design’ Bit

Our award-winning design process spans a number of stages, with specific focus adjusted according to the project.

We Ribots all wear a number of hats, allowing us unique flexibility to shift between stages of design and development — an important point when testing concepts early or tweaking & polishing the end result.

Rapid Prototyping

Imagining what the end result will look like can be difficult. Therefore, having a working demo you can put in your hands and play with early on is a powerful tool for you and others around you. It also removes any presumptions from the design and provides a great basis for quickly tweaking the user experience.

Agile Development

Our agile, unified approach to design and development means we can start building the ideas dreamt up early on.

They're built, checked and signed off by all in a chunky, modular fashion. Splitting up an application into feature-based bite-size chunks allows for cleaner, reusable code, simpler project management and a much better end product.

Testing

As soon as we start developing our modules, we start testing them right away.

So, from automated 'unit-testing' to exploratory QA, insight is gathered, prioritised and fed back into both the design and development processes.

Testing is crucial in order to turn a perfectly good product into an amazingly addictive one.

Final Delivery

And so we help you launch the end product, and everyone is very happy. But what next? Well, this small initial process is just the start of something far, far bigger...
